• Staff: 10 The guy at the main desk was lovely and very helpfull
• Quietness: 2.5 I had an internal room and it had no traffic noise but I did hear lots of noise from people next to my room.
• Room: 10 For a 2 star rating I thought the room was excellent and the bathroom was very clean and had a great shower.
• Value for money: 10 It was the best value room I could find in Madrid and it exceeded my expectations
