• Quietness: 5 triples can be noisy but this is the price one has to pay in order to have a central location
• Room: 7.5 my single was tiny and no view but I was in Madrid for work and fun so did not stay indoors during the daytime thus can say I was very happy with the room

• Location: 10 Great location for visiting the center of Madrid. Next underground (Sol) at less than 100m.

• Staff: 5 Staff speaks only spanish, but that wasn%27t a problem for me.

• Room: 5 Basic amenities,small room and bathroom, no view (but I asked for a room which wasn%27t on the streetside).
• Value for money: 10 Basic, but good value.
