• Cleanliness: 10 Good basic accomodation, spotlessly clean.
• Location: 10 Very central for metro, all city%27s museums, galleries, shops and places of interest.
• Common facilities and services: 2.5 Just a room with ensuite. Not even a glass in the bathroom. No other facilities.
• Staff: 2.5 Initial booking had been recorded for the day before. Fortunately I checked personally a week before so they were able to change the date to the correct one. Could have been a problem. But staff courteous and helpful.
• Quietness: 7.5 The room I had was at the back so no traffic noise at all. Just some noise from other guests coming and going.
• Room: 5 small room and small bathroom but good storage. No glass in bathroom. Reasonably comfortable and great value for money.
• Value for money: 10 Very good price for single room so centrally situated.

• Cleanliness: 5 Al llegar fue muy limpia la habitación, pero al estar en el hotel no se presta demasiada atención a la limpieza de la habitación.
• Location: 10 Muy cerca de la Puerta del Sol y del metro. Situación perfecta para turismo.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5
• Staff: 10 Muy bien. La chica de la recepción me ayudó bien. Tienen tiempo para los clientes.
• Quietness: 7.5 Bastante tranquilo, visto a la situación en pleno centro de la ciudad.
• Room: 7.5 Habitación OK. Sí hay vista exterior como se dice en la página web del hostal, pero sólo se ve la colada de los vecinos y no la calle o la plaza.
• Value for money: 10 El precio está bien, visto a la situación del hostal y los servicios ofrecidos.

• Location: 10 Really good location, just few minuites walk from Sol station.

• Staff: 5 Had a little problem with staffs that cannot speak English. Especially when first arrive where we need to talk with staffs over intercom. (It%27s a hostel that shares the same building as others.) We almost could not get inside if there wasn%27t a spanish speaking guest passing by.

• Negative: Bad cleaning in the bathroom and our arrival to the hostal and there was nobody there. We found a sign on the door, written in Spanish.
