• Location: 10 The hotel is in the very heart of Madrid. You just have to make a few steps to have a drink or view the principal places of interest. It%27s the main strong point of this hotel.
• Common facilities and services: 2.5 Not possible to have a breakfast at the hotel, but there are nice bars at a few meters.
• Staff: 7.5 Friendly staff. They can keep your backpack the day of your leaving if you ask them nicely.
• Quietness: 10 Very strong noise insulation.

• Cleanliness: 7.5 Le ménage est fait tous les jours.
• Location: 10 Vraiment très bien placé, proche de la Puerta Del Sol, nombreux bars et restaurants aux alentours, station de métro très proche, accès facile.
• Common facilities and services: 5 ++ Climatisation, télé, coffre fort, armoire pour ranger les affaires -- la chasse d%27eau et le lavabo qui fuient, le plafond qui a pris l%27humidité, le néon sur le point de griller !
• Staff: 10 discrétion de la gérante, souriante, disponible
• Quietness: 7.5 bruits extérieurs : double vitrage donc on entend très peu bruits intérieurs : assez mal isolé, on entend ce qui se passe dans la chambre voisine...
• Room: 7.5 plutot grande (chambre double) lit confortable, vue sur la rue, petit balcon. Dommage pour les fuites (ce qui n%27est pas non plus dramatique !)
• Value for money: 7.5 Un peu cher : 48€ par nuit mais vraiment très bien placé dans la ville
