• Positive: Location. The hotel is on Gran Via midway between the two must see sites, the Palace and the Prado. It is easy walking distance to Plaza del Sol as well.
• Negative: We had three rooms for 4 nights, with one have an AC unit that quite working on the early in the fourth night. We were kquickly moved to another satisfactory room, though.

• Positive: Rooms were well maintained, attractive, sufficiently spacious and bathrooms were much larger than most European hotels. The location is excellent..equidistance between most of the sights and neighborhoods...One can walk everywhere or find a taxi easily on Gran Via.
• Negative: The staff was indifferent, lazy, defensive and seemd to be unaware of the fact that were working in a hotel with guests. The breakfast buffet was reasonably priced but not wirth it. The breakfast room itself was comfortable and pleasant. If they offered a Continental Breakfast they would be well served.
