• Negative: After having booked this hotel I had to pay for my transfers although the hotel states free transfers from 08.00until 23.59 on the day of arrival after many emails back and forth was told that because I arrived at 22.10 I had to pay for transfers myself as Beniconnect would not accept me onto their website to do the transfers because of the arrival time I will be making a request to get my transfers refunded !!!!!
