• Positive: The hotel was excellent, as was the location. We could walk everywhere. Handy to have bus stops so close. We loved the views over the marina from our room. It was lovely to have an area for sunbathing when we felt lazy. The staff were brilliant and very knowledgeable - nothing was too much trouble - they were all lovely.

• Cleanliness: 10 Everything was very clean and comfortable. The ladies who cleaned our room did an excellent job
• Location: 10 Perfect location - lovely views, easy strolling to everywhere. Would definitely recommend this hotel - it was recommended to us by friends.
• Common facilities and services: 10 Great choices for breakfasts - everything was fresh, eggs cooked to order, lovely fruit.
• Staff: 10 The staff were all lovely, always smiling and helpful - it was lovely to meet the Manager too - what a nice man!
• Quietness: 10 I suppose some people may complain about the road, but it didn't bother us (even with the patio doors open at night). You always hear a bit of noise from other guests, but it was generally very quiet
• Room: 10 Very clean and comfortable. Great shower! Gorgeous view of the harbour from the balcony.
• Value for money: 10 You get what you pay for, and in this case, it was worth the cost to be in a great hotel in a great location.

• Positive: The wiev overlooking the harbour from our balcony. Very nice breakfast. Very friendly reception-staff : really excellent.
• Negative: The two elevators. Slow, small and narrow. Did not feel OK riding in them.
