• Positive: Good facilities. Everything was spotless. The best thing was the staff: friendly, helpful, empathetic... We are so thankful to them; specially the Canarian young lady at the Reception.
• Negative: Flamenco concert organised by the hotel. The music was unsolicited and horrendous. Could not hear ourselves. Too noisy! Also, too many 18-year olds around half drunk. We were expecting tranquility and peacefulness, we did not get it. We were going to stay two nights but we decided to cancel the security one. We do not expect to return. Also, please no more flamenco shows. If we wanted to attend one, we would go to Andalusia.

• Location: Not rated Lloret Main Street is a good example of what happens when a city markets itself to the cheapest kind of tourism there is. Noise, drunk people everywhere, rampant theft... A pity.
• Common facilities and services: 5 Breakfast options were extremely varied. There was a choice for everyone. But the quality itself was often subpar. The tomato preparation (to be spread on bread) had turned bad. The taste was sour. Cakes were for the most part beyond their prime. Taste wasn’t good.
• Staff: 10 Excellent. The best asset this hotel has.
• Quietness: Not rated Terrible experience with the flamenco concert organised by the hotel. Noisy beyond words.
