• Location: 7.5 Proximity was great but personally I didn't like the street that the hotel was on.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Breakfast was a little disappointing- there was plenty of choice but the lack of quality let it down.

• Room: 5 We were in a disabled friendly room and each time we used the shower the bathroom would flood. Also in the room there were no hooks or hangers to hang longer items such as dresses.
