• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Breakfast was exceptionally poor although I would not rate this as important. It was also served remarakably quickly.
• Staff: 10 Staff could not be more helpful
• Quietness: 10 Sound proofing of rooms 100%, particularly in the context of the location in one of the noisiest parts of a very noisy city!
• Room: 7.5 I particularly liked the room decor and above all the layout and facilities of the bathrooms.
• Value for money: 7.5 Good value as a centre city hotel

• Positive: location. But also the customer service was excellent. The front desk staff was very helpful and was able to assist in our arrangements for luggage storage, taxi, etc and just made things easy for us.

• Common facilities and services: 10 Having the restaurant on the premise was a great bonus. The food was very good and being able to change it to our room made things easier.
• Staff: 10 I also really appreciated that on the morning we left the porter helped get our suitcases all the way to the taxi that was waiting 1 block away as the taxi could not get closer to the hotel.

• Quietness: 5 This depended on where your room is in the hotel. If on the side where of Puerto Del Sol it can be very noisy. Crowds assemble there most evenings and major events are held there. This is clear on the hotel's website. Other rooms are generally quiet.
