• Positive: The helpfulness of the front desk. After I accidentally canceled a tour reservation, he was able to get us rebooked. Also special was our room with two balconies overlooking Puerta del Sol. The location was excellent.

• Negative: It was slightly difficult to order room service. I speak English and very little Spanish and had trouble relating what I was wanting to order. I know it is more my job to learn Spanish since I was in Spain but I feel the person who answers the phone should know the english version of the menu at least. But they were very friendly and tried!
