• Positive: This was our favorite hotel on our Spain trip. The location could not have bed more perfect, the hotel staff was so helpful and professional, the room was large, quiet, and very comfortable. The wifi was fast and reliable.

• Positive: The location and cleanliness. Also most of the staff was pleasant and accommodating.
• Negative: MARCO!! He is the rudest, most unfriendly, condescending employee you have. He runs the hotel like a jail and was so horrible every night we were there that we all decided we will never stay there again. We also will be posting this on trip advisor. He either needs mentoring to understand what real customer service is or fired! The reason you are getting a less than exceptional rating is because he upset us every day of our stay. One morning I asked to speak to the manager who of course was not available and another guest checking out in a wheelchair told your front desk employee that he agreed with me and that Marco "was a wolf"!
