• Positive: location...right in the middle of Madrid. Easy to walk to either the museums or palace. We requested a quiet room and received a wonderful newly decorated room in a quiet location.
• Negative: right on the placa del sol...this is a meeting place of noisy young people. If you have a room over the street, forget about sleeping!
