• Positive: the proximity of the hotel to the vibrancy of Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor, convenience to transportation, and the high quality/value of accommodations.
• Negative: my wife and I having to transport our luggage (several pieces) across Puerta del Sol to the hotel, crossing streets and cobblestones, because our taxi from the airport could not (would not?) take us all the way to the hotel for check-in. However, when the hotel staff saw us approaching, assistance was quick and total.

• Location: 10 Close proximity (<100m) to metro and bus service provided convenient and inexpensive travel to almost any location.

• Quietness: 7.5 Room location facing Puerta del Sol well insulated from noise. Only noticeable during peak crowd periods. Noise not an issue when considering the overall satisfaction of our stay. considering
