• Positive: L'hôtel en lui-même, son architecture notamment ses petits immeubles à la volumétrie réduite et organisés autour des bassins, son implantation dans un environnement assez exceptionnel, proche de l'océan. Mais aussi la propreté générale de l'établissement (félicitations) et son calme le soir. Les services rendus par le personnel, qui fait de son mieux, merci de leur transmettre nos remerciements.
• Negative: Le peu d'informations en français. Pour les visiteurs qui ne pratiquent ni l'espagnol, ni l'anglais et ni l'allemand, c'est un peu compliqué. Nous aurions aimé cocher "excellent" ci-dessous, mais cette remarque nous limitera à "Bon", dommage.
