• Positive: es ist wie nach Hause kommen. Vom Ein- bis zum Auschecken, während des Aufenthaltes... freundlicher Service. Wünsche werden nach Möglichkeit erfüllt. Sollte mal etwas defekt sein, wird es schnellstmöglichst repariert.
• Negative: die Kantinenatmospähre / Lautstärke im Speisesaal, was mit unter aber auch dem Benehmen einiger Gäste geschuldet ist. Das Essen dürfte etwas heisser sein, leider oft lauwarm.

• Positive: natürlich die küche und das gesamte service personal. nicht zu vergessen de beheizte pool, ein hauptgrund warum wir seit über 15 jahren regelmäßig bei euch urlaub machen.
• Negative: der muffelige ältere receptionist, der uns bei der ankunft mitten im eincheckprozess einfach stehen gelassen hat und der kollege erst nach ca. 15 minuten, da mit anderen gästen beschäftigt, übernehmen konnte. war kein gutes willkommen.
