• Cleanliness: 2.5 For few days i would put the sign please make my room while i was in the room,cleaning lady would open the door and then close them again and left,i came out jus to tell her that it is ok to cleaning while i am there but she started to explain to me that have put the wrong sign out and she left without cleaning the room

• Common facilities and services: 2.5 Coffee corner from 12to 19 often did not have coffee machine switched on and there was no pastry at all,i understand that you don't have many guests using that facilitie but still if you are stating that there is something available then it should be
• Staff: 2.5 Staff at the reception was nice and profesional,especially Robin from Peru also Katy housekeeper from Dominican Republic was really nice and professional.However restaurant stuff was really rude and somehow lazy

• Negative: le spa...les jets ne fonctionnaient pas...le hammam en panne porte ouverte... serviette sale pas de balai toilettes... sur le site le parking n'est pas précisé qu'il est payant
