• Staff: 7.5 The gentleman working the desk in the afternoon/evening was great. The woman in the morning spent a LOT of time on the phone while I was waiting to check out. I thought she should have put him on hold and helped me as I was there. It surprised me that she made me wait so long.

• Room: Not rated Bathroom door sticks and had trouble getting it open so had to leave it ajar. No space in bathroom. Sink was in face when sitting on toilet. Difficult to get in and out of shower because toilet right there. No shampoo. Bed was hard as a rock.
