• Positive: Limpieza de la habitacion , hotel en general, localizacion del hotel, desayuno variado y completo y atencion al cliente en todo momento, incluyendo la senora del desayuno
• Negative: Algo para mejorar y buscar alternativas, encontrar de frente al abrir puerta del ascensor, una pila de ropa de cama , que aunque estan ordenadas y limpias a la primera vista no es agrdable.

• Negative: the noise from the road outside. that the receptionists did not tell us about the roof top jacuzzi pool.

• Cleanliness: 2.5 the floor in bedroom and bathroom was dusty and uncleaned. the bathroom had black mould around the shower and surfaces in the bathroom were not spotless.
• Location: 10 in the centre within very good walking distance to all sights.
• Common facilities and services: 5 breakfast and the service delievered during breakfast was very good.
• Staff: 5 only the breakfast lady stands out as providing a friendly service.
• Quietness: Not rated i had to use ear plugs to sleep because of the road noise outside. There was no disturbing noise inside the hotel

• Value for money: 5 i expect a cleaner room and bathroom for 154 euros for two nights. if the breakfast wasn't as well equiped as it was we would have been extremely disappointed with our stay. as for location - excellent.

• Negative: Opino que el hotel no esta bien cuidado, el suelo y las mesas estaba un poco sucios, con polvos en el bano habría que volver a empapelar algunos rincones.. dejaron todo los días el carrito de limpieza en el corredor..
