• Location: 10 Less then 5 minutes walk to the old city center of Valencia.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 The bathroom was very nice and well equipped. The breakfast was ok but quite basic. But since they have just started with this(only 5 days before we arrived) they might have to get used to customer requirements related to this (a boiled or baked egg would have been nice; and some yoghurt).
• Staff: 10 Great hospitality and friendlyness of t he staff. Very helpful.

• Room: 7.5 Some rooms in the hotel are still smoking which surprises us. The smoke smell gets slightly into your room through the airco.

• Positive: The hotel was nice and quite. Staff was frendly and helpful. It was in a good location close to City Centre.
• Negative: The double bed in the room was made up of 2 single beds. A rusted swollen bottom area of the shower/toilet door frame prevented the door from closing properly. Water seeped out of the shower cubicle soaking whole floor every time we had a shower.
