• Cleanliness: 10 Room and bathroom cleaned to a high standard daily and fresh towels and bed linen provided daily also.
• Location: 10 Ideal location close to two metro stations, bus stops and La Rambla.
• Common facilities and services: 10 The rooftop pool really adds to the hotel and provides an alternative to daily sight seeing or somewhere to cool down after a day walking round Barcelona. In addition the computer terminals with internet access provide a means of keeping up to date with e-mails etc, while the room/poolside service further add to the hotel.
• Staff: 10 Always polite, courteous and willing to assit.
• Quietness: 7.5 Although located near busy roads, the rooms are soundproofed so once the windows were closed you could here very little traffic noise, apart from the vibrations of the occasion metro.
• Room: 10 On arrival we were upgraded from a standard room to a junior suite.
• Value for money: 7.5 While not the cheapest hotel, its central location and amenities make it worth the money.
