• Cleanliness: 10 Good with lovely clean bathrooms
• Location: 10 Great locality for shops, Las Ramblas, restaurants and tourist bus plus access to airport transfers.
• Common facilities and services: 10 Good rooftop pool - only down side was lack of towels if arriving later in day.
• Staff: 10 Very helpful staff on reception desk.
• Quietness: 7.5 Asked for a higher floor to reduce noise level following a recommendation and this was accommodated on arrival.
• Room: 10 Good sized room with plenty of storage and hanging space. Good hairdryer that actually had the power to blow dry your hair!
• Value for money: 10 Very good value for money. Worth the extra.
