• Negative: Recepción, no comprueban las reservas con antelación, son fríos en la bienvenida y no se ocupan después de llegar de cómo van las cosas: si estás a gusto, todo va bien, etc.

• Cleanliness: 5 No fregaban el suelo a diario en la habitación, tampoco el del baño. La terraza no la barrían.
• Location: 10 Primera línea de playa y playa de calidad. Lo mejor.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 El buffet restaurante (calidad y variedad) y el personal de hostelería. Profesionales y amables
• Staff: 10 Muy amables en general en restaurante. Excepto Recepción. La primera impresión y recibimiento no es lo mejor.
• Quietness: 2.5 Los ingleses gritan de noche por los pasillos y dentro de las habitaciones. Los alemanes son mucho más considerados y educados.
• Room: 5 La habitación por el precio es bastante básica en cuanto a medidas e instalación. Lo mejor la comodidad de las camas.
• Value for money: 5 El precio me parece elevado para las instalaciones. Las zonas comunes son pequeñas porque han intentado hacer un resort en la parte que debían ocupar jardines, miniclub. La zona exterior de la piscina es muy pequeña, las fotos engañan. No me metí en la piscina ningún día demasiada gente en poco espacio. Con el Covid peor. La habitación doble es pequeña en medidas si la convierten en familiar. Las instalaciones son básicas, pero las camas cómodas. La limpieza justa para el tema del Covid ahora mismo. Lo mejor el restaurante Buffet, calidad y variedad con personal profesional y amable.

• Positive: This is a very efficient clean neat hotel well maintained . Staff are friendly nothing is to much trouble well managed
• Negative: We have stayed in this hotel on several occasions and had a long break due to the severe problem with mosquitoes fortunately this has now been resolved thank you . The food is good and on a few days exceptional All inclusive is a bit tiresome . We have stayed in many Lanzorote hotels your food is at the lower end even THB hotels offer a higher standard . Fortunately the location of this hotel is surrounded by excellent restaurants .

• Location: 7.5 A little away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to enjoy bars and restaurants for variety
• Common facilities and services: 10 Well designed hotel has a neat clean look well maintained good entertainment most nights
• Staff: 10 Great staff nothing to much trouble . Room service staff are perceptive . Reception are out standing and will attend to faults in a flash
• Quietness: 10 Hotel activity is low even in summer months causing no inconvenience
• Room: 10 Our first room was cold out of the sun . Reception soon relocated us to a bright sunny room easily with no problems Thank you
• Value for money: 7.5 This is great value Sadly . We ate in surrounding restaurants to the hotel . Your hotel food is tiresome . Eating out increased our spend
