• Positive: Las instalaciones y la cercanía a la playa.
• Negative: La recepción. No me dieron dos llaves y tuve que pedirla al día siguiente porque era imposible organizarme con mi marido. Las toallas para la piscina hay que pagarlas en efectivo y me vi yo sola con dos niños pequeños yendo a buscar un cajero caminando porque mi marido había salido. Creo que podrían haber sido más flexibles dada la situación. También podrían ser más flexibles con la hora de salida como en otros hoteles que miran si no entra nadie y te dejan entonces hasta las 14 o incluso hasta las 18.
