• Negative: The restaurant. The buffet was a disaster. Too many diff salads with rice, cheap ingredients, most of the smoke from the frying ended up as blue cei,ing in the restaurant. The hotel itself was nice, but you don't expect to pay extra for safedeposit box, wi fi at your room or with only soap/showergel in dispenser. My wife usually needs haircondioner/ showercap. The towels where very simple and thin. Not what you expect from a 4 star hotel.

• Negative: Que cobrasen las bebidas en la cena sin avisarlo ni listado de precios donde saber el precio de lo que iba a consumir. Entiendo que el precio tan alto debería incluir la bebida en la cena o como mínimo avisar que no se incluye en la reserva o al llegar o en algún momento. Habían muchos insectos en la habitación. En ocasiones el personal no entendía mi idioma (español)
