• Cleanliness: 2.5 Bathroom was not properly cleaned, dirty coffee and tea cups left in room and not replaced
• Location: 7.5 Excellent location for Latin Quarter restaurants and bars
• Common facilities and services: 2.5 Hotel was very basic
• Staff: 2.5 When I complained about our room and asked for a move the receptionist was unhelpful and indifferent to the issues.
• Quietness: 2.5 It was supposed to be soundproofed but there was a noisy commercial extraction unit right outside our window which kept us awake most of the night. Also, constant noise of doors banging and footsteps in corridor and stairs outside room
• Room: 2.5 The room was very small with the bottom of the bed less than a foot away from the small, narrow desk. There was a chair but you could not use it in this small gap so we used it to hang clothes on. There was no bin in the room, only a tiny bin in the shower room. The toilet seat was broken and the shower had no thermostatic control so it went hot and cold as other taps in the hotel were turned on and off
• Value for money: Not rated This was the worst hotel and room we have stayed in for many years

• Negative: It was old hotel and had a distinct smell to it, very small and allow elevator, 2 people and 2 suitcases barely fit it in; despite a sign not to disrupt the staff barged in and cleaned the room. Breakfast included was poor, coffee from.machine, hard boiled eggs
