• Staff: 5 I arrived traditionally on sunday and i was welcomed by a super arrogant guy, he gave my keys and i discovered that internet doesn't work in my room. I had to come back at the reception and asked to solve the problem (i crazy need internet for my work!). I guess he even rejected to believe me, he said it works on his side so he can't do anything for me. And simply turned off his head. I was voiceless. The next day i arrived at the reception again and was welcomed by SUPER friendly guy, he immediately relocated me and the problem was gone. It's not the first time when i have such problems with the initial guy but it continues. This i can't understand.
