• Staff: 10 Desk clerks were helpful. Maids kept the room clean without disturbing us.

• Positive: The hotel staff was helpful and the location was very central to everything in Barcelona.
• Negative: The hotel was VERY noisy. It sounded like there was water in the walls, the elevator dinged all night and you could here everything going on on the floor.

• Room: 5 Weird bathroom setup, not room to open up the bathroom door because of the toilet, bed was pretty hard, no window to outside, right by the elevator.
