• Negative: that when the window was open you could see in from the other side of the hotel as all the windows were in a square shape and looked in towards the square

• Common facilities and services: 2.5 tea and coffee making stuff would have been great, but did have internet access, although a bit expensive
• Staff: 2.5 didnt speak and didnt really understand english
• Quietness: 2.5 guests were a bit noisy, especially with windows open at night but in a quiet location
• Room: 7.5 large room, telly, good size bathroom with towels and hot water and serviced everyday
• Value for money: 5 was a bit more than originally quoted on the internet
