• Negative: 1) the very very very very small size of the room - I have had bigger closets - clearly although I had reserved a double the staff were not ready -´it was a crappy room that had a window that looked onto the ......lobby 2) the smoke alarm that beeped inconsistently (but pretty incessantly from 4 am onward) 3) the staff that ignored my complaints about 1) and 2)
