• Positive: The hotel is very nice so much going on with the pool bar the secret fountain an white star, the pool area is lovely an very clean an has a lovely atmosphere the staff very friendly this was my 2nd time to stay here an I will be returning next year
• Negative: The dining room has been all redecorated an it is lovely an such a big area, the salad bar an the deserts were amazing but i think where they serve the hot food for such a big area there is not enough variety of food

• Positive: rooms cleaned every day and clean towels..cleaners work very hard...
• Negative: people putting towels on sunbeds and leaving them on all day and never going on them...there was at least 20 sunbeds empty with towels on un used every day...there should be an hotel rule ...TOWELS LEFT ON SUNBEDS FOR 2 HOURS AND UNUSED WILL BE REMOVED...selfish people put towels on early morning and go out for the day ...and if they feel like going round pool in afternoon there sunbed as got there towel on leaving no sunbeds for other guests in the morning ...the management need too address this problem ...
