• Location: 10 Excellent if you want to be in the thick of it. If you want a quiet holiday, do not book here

• Staff: 10 Reception and bar staff were very friendly.
• Quietness: 2.5 Bad, but not in a bad way. As mentioned before if you want a quiet holiday, this is not the place for you
• Room: 5 Basic room, but that was what we paid for. You could pay for an upgrade if you wanted to. We only slept in our room, so did not see the need to upgrade

• Negative: The janitor in the men’s toilet I had the displeasure of seeing this janitor abuseing a young man for pissin on the floor by accident the young man was drunk there was no need for the amount of abuse and bad language he was given it made me very nervous this was in white star bar of the hotel

• Positive: Los recepcionistas, fueron muy amables y se mostraron muy serviciales durante nuestra estancia.
• Negative: El estado general de todo el hotel, inculida la habitación, estaba todo roto, grietas en las paredes todos los muebles rotos, la bañera embozada... Es imposible dormir, por la noche se escucha música, gritos y peleas en la calle. Necesita una buena reforma además de un buen aislamiento acustico.
