• Negative: we had booked 3 rooms then a few days later reserved a single room which I was told could be paid for upon arrival this was all done through TARA NAYLOR (public relations) my younger son who has health issues felt he couldn't come ....when we booked in at the hotel we were asked to pay 2 nights payment 92€ for my mums single room even though she wasn't staying there she was going to share with my other son in his room ...so I had lost my initial payment of 95€ for my sons room that he was to share with my older son and my mum had to pay 92€ for a room she wouldn't even use the hotel was that busy ...so I feel an allowance could have been made regarding my mums room
