• Value for money: 2.5 Asked for room high up with balcony celebrating my wife's 50th Birthday, no special effort made (even a happy birthday). We were given the first room near Reception, it was soooo noisy with the everyone going to the Luggage Room, using the lifts, staff moving furniture inside the hotel and the tables and chairs outside. I have never been away and had absolutely no sleep...... I will need a holiday to recover... I have stayed previously in the hotel with a room higher up and this was much better. I will not be staying here again ......

• Room: 2.5 Beds very uncomfortable and room very dated with old furniture. Extremely warm which couldn’t be controlled so had to have doors open.
