• Location: 10 On La Rambla but also very quiet at night
• Common facilities and services: 10 Beautiful hall, lounge, stairs. Free internet
• Staff: 10 Very friendly
• Quietness: 10 Surprisingly quiet given the location
• Room: 7.5 We had a problem with the toilet getting blocked but this was sorted out immediately by the staff
• Value for money: 10 It was expensive (partly due to the pound-Euro exchange rate at the moment!) but if you can afford it it is definitely worth it

• Positive: The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location was excellent. Also, the adjustable beds were a nice treat. The room was spacious and clean.
• Negative: The carpet was stained and rather shabby. Because we signed up for a very reduced rate offered I assume we got one of the lesser rooms, wall view-but that was expected. It was still value for our money.

• Positive: great location, rooms were awesome, we booked a junior suite and it was massive, two bathrooms, jacuzzi for two, lovely decor. Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakast was great for the price. I travel the world on business and have to say this is one of the nicest hotels i have stayed at, you cant go wrong given the price and location..!!!

• Quietness: 10 very quiet, the room had very good double glazzing
• Room: 10 the best, very modern, love the electric beds and the jaccuzzi for two
• Value for money: 10 good, watch out for late minute bargins, we booked up many months in advance but noticed the hotel was offering last minute deals substantially cheaper for a higher grade room, so cancelled and re-booked!!
