  • Cleanliness: 2.5 Leider fehlte es an der Reinlichkeit, die man für 85 Euro pro Nacht erwarten könnte. Auch nach dem Hinweis an das Zimmermädchen war es nicht optimal.

  • Quietness: 2.5 Durch die zentrale Lage auch recht Laut von der Straße her. Zimmer die nach innen gehen liegen zum Lüftungsschacht in dem die Klimaanlage brummt
  • Room: 2.5 Doppelzimmer zur Alleinnutzung sind etwas bessere Einzelzimmer, aber den Preis nicht wert. Möbel waren schon recht alt und verbraucht. Auch die Dusche hat schon bessere Tage gesehen.

  • Location: 10 perfect location for all the sites in Bilbao and great for restaurants

  • Positive: Location-situated perfectly to get anywhere in Bilbao easily. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful-e.g., gave directions,got us a taxi at 5 am without a hitch.
  • Negative: The tricky shower--housekeeping should reset it to regular between guests to avoid surprises that soak the bathroom%27s floor :-)
