• Location: 10 Very close to the Alhambra, as well as Plaza Nueva, which made for a prime location
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 An included Breakfast would%27ve been ideal, although they did have complimentary coffee and tea during the day.
• Staff: 10 Elena was more than helpful, and went above and beyond her job. She offered to phone car rental companies and help us with tickets to shows for the next city we%27d be visiting.
• Quietness: 10 Surprising quiet, and we had a room that faced the street.
• Room: 10 Simply fantastic. Comfortable beds, clean shower & toilet, spacious room, plenty of natural light.
• Value for money: 10 By far one of the better hotels we%27ve stayed in, in Europe, and at a budget price as well.

• Location: 10 One of the best locations in Granada for tourism. Steps from Plaza Nueva and the cathedral and three blocks from stop for bus to the Alhambra. Dozens of bars and restaurants within short walk.
• Common facilities and services: 10 Smallish lobby. Adequate breakfast area.
• Staff: 10 Warm and friendly, efficient, and good English proficiency. Helpful in pre-ordering Alhambra tickets (a must).

• Cleanliness: 10 The room and everything about it was clean and nice
• Location: 10 EXCELLENT location to visit the Alhambra - you can hardly get any closer - just a five minute walk to the entrance gate
• Common facilities and services: 10 nice that they have free internet. We didn%27t eat at the dining hall, but we got the free coffee. It%27s small, and would not necessarily be good for a large family, but it otherwise just fine.
• Staff: 10 Extremely helpful and courteous, especially way in advance of our trip - they answered many of our general travel questions and made arrangements for our time in the Alhambra, which was essential
• Quietness: 2.5 Our room had a balcony and was on the street. It%27s a small street, but the main way to the Alhambra, so it could get noisy
• Room: 5 Very small, and they even gave us the free upgrade! I hate to think how small the original room would have been. We had a six month old, so didn%27t need much space, but a larger family would not have done well.
• Value for money: 7.5 Not the roomiest place I%27ve ever stayed, but the location is worth the price. Take a cab from the train station as the walk is about an hour on extremely busy streets.

• Location: 10 It was very close to all the major sites in Granda. You could go most places on foot. It was also close to a main Taxi stop--convenient for getting to the train or bus station. Also on a quiet street!
