• Location: 10 Para nosotros, lo mejor. La Alhambra a un paso, el centro al salir de la calle, los autobuses, a 20 metros.

• Staff: 10 En unos minutos nos ofrecieron un perfecto planning de qué hacer, dónde ir, zonas para comer, tapear, etc. Hicimos caso, y el fin de semana dió muchísimo de sí.

• Value for money: 7.5 La única pega, el buffet del desayuno un tanto escaso. El resto, en situación, instalaciones y personal, perfectamente de acuerdo.

• Common facilities and services: 10 Had computers with internet access available for use. Nice outdoor patio.
• Staff: 10 I had a bad fever most of the day and they were very helpful--giving us fresh towels, fixing the heater.
• Quietness: 10 Could hear people moving around in the hall a little bit, but our room was in back--couldn%27t hear the road at all.

• Cleanliness: 10 room was cleaned every day. all the common areas looked very clean as well
• Location: 10 it was a little bit up the path leading to the Alhambra. It%27s a steep climb but I can%27t say the location is bad.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 there was free internet access (w/ computers), clean dining area downstairs and always someone at reception.
• Staff: 10 the front desk staff were always very nice and helpful.
• Quietness: 10 There might not have been many people there at the time we stayed (during the end of November) so it was very quiet, but I like it that way.
• Room: 10 We stayed in a 2 bed room though turned it into a 3 w/ an xtra bed. It was tight w/ 3 beds, but for 2 people, the room is very nice. Comes w/ a tv, toiletries, hairdryer and a room heater that you adjust yourself
• Value for money: 10 I thought it was a great value. It%27s a lovely hotel and it was discounted for being low season.
