• Cleanliness: 2.5 Food from previous guests was still in refrigerator. Room was only partly cleaned each day.

• Staff: Not rated None of the staff seemed to think it was their job to actually help the guests! Some had a real attitude problem and were extremely rude. Anything that didn%27t work was the guests%27 fault etc. I was due to leave on a Sunday morning and when I got to reception there was a handwritten notice saying that the credit card machine was broken and only cash would be accepted. After going out and trying unsuccessfully to get sufficient cash out (more than my limit for a single transaction), the person at reception miraculously got the credit card machine to work. Of course there was not even a hint of an apology!

• Room: 7.5 mostly adequate but the shower was not usable as only a trickle of water would come through the shower head.

• Cleanliness: 5 2 lights in my room did not work, one in toilet which is a seperate little room and therefore if door is closed, it is pitchblack, the oher one in the bathroom which is same problem as the toilet with there not being any natural light.

• Common facilities and services: 5 Breakfast was very minimal and invariablky previosu guests had gotten the best of it. NO replenishing of very small portions as far as I can tell. I did not show up for breakfast last minute either, but at 8 AM, right in the mioddle of the serving.
• Staff: 2.5 Not too pleased as the requests for taxi%27s was one time not honoured and second time too late as requested time.
• Quietness: 2.5 Could hear other guests in the hotel very well. no noise from street though
• Room: Not rated I felt that I was misleaded by the website. Apparenlty there is only one room as depicted on the site, all other rooms are very small anbd boxy, not enough room for a business traveller needing soem workspace.
• Value for money: 2.5 I foudn the rate quite high, even for a Paris hotel, for the quality of hotel it was.

• Staff: 2.5 When paying my bill, he said the card machine is broken. It was a lie, - when I come back 2 hours later it worked. How could have repaired it on a Sunday!? He just wanted to have cash and I had to pay the extra fee at the bankautomat. I asked for a more quit room and he refused.

• Room: 2.5 des trous dans le mur (un peu de mastic et une couche de peinture rendrait le lieu tout de suite plus agréable), l%27interrupteur principal (entrée de la chambre) hors service ; lit très confortable
• Value for money: 2.5 la situation vaut ce prix, mais l%27état de la chambre n%27est pas à la hauteur
