  • Location: 10 better signage would help
  • Common facilities and services: 7.5 very cosy breakfast room and waiting area
  • Staff: 5 most of staff was friendly but some times came across as dismissive, answering my requests rather than foresee them
  • Quietness: 10 very quite, only noises were when lift wasnt working and guests were forced to take the stairs
  • Room: 7.5 there should really be a hairdryer for EACH room
  • Value for money: 10 overall very satisfied with the price paid reflecting the service received
