• Positive: The bed was super comfy & the hotel & room were lovely
• Negative: The hot tub didn't work properly, it was basically a bath...no bubbles. We did ask for it to be checked but it was the same the next day. The toilet also didnt work but this was repaired & the coffee machine didn't work properly, the coffee pods would break up & you couldnt get them out. I paid extra specifically for the room with the jacuzzi as I am recovering from a serious illness so was disappointed that I didn't get the benefit.
