• Room: 7.5 This rating is for the third room. Great room, but we really missed the privacy in the toilet!! No one wants to be able to hear the other one fart!

• Positive: Very friendly staff especially Miguel Bar food was of good quality and breakfast variety was outstanding
• Negative: Hot plate for breakfast was never on. So hot items were always cold Cleaning lady through away small pots of makeup left around the sink Windows had not been cleaned since hotel opening as Windows still had suction marks No long length mirror in the room We stayed with 4 adults in a room but towels, cups and items were only supplied in two's. There was no explanation at check in about the key cards for lift or about them deactivating even with late check out These small things make what is a beautiful and could be excellent hotel only good.
