• Location: 5 A few minutes walk to cafes etc but we needed the metro to get to the centre.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Lovely large reception area with plenty of seating. A complimentary glass of cava on arrival. Good rooftop bar and pool.
• Staff: 5 We were well looked after and given information but our friends had a different receptionist on arrival who wasn't helpful at all.
• Quietness: 5 No noise from outside but a quite noisy aircon.
• Room: 2.5 Lovely modern room, comfortable bed but we really didn't like the bathroom with its glass walls. Also, the room was only supplied with 2 coffee pods for the machine and only the first was free. There were also only two teabags of two different types. And two milks and sugars. It would have been better to have had several of each including normal coffee.
