• Cleanliness: 10 very clean - though the cleaning staff did keep opening the safe each day.
• Location: 10 Well positioned near the metro and tram. Easy access across Barcelona.
• Common facilities and services: 10 Very good and stylish hotel - excellent facilities.
• Staff: 10 Generally excellent - though had to wait a long time to check in.
• Quietness: 2.5 It is in the centre of Barcelona so some noise expected if window is open. Biggest issue was noise from next door - my room was co-joined with the next door room, and even though door was locked it was like sharing a room at times.
• Room: 10 The room was excellent - spacious and well equipped - plenty of storage and good facilities.
• Value for money: 10
