• Positive: The rooftop experience - pool, great view of the whole city, Sagrada and Glories building, skyline. The bar service was great & they make amazing Margaritas!
• Negative: The room service ladies took a very special item from me - I hope by mistake. We were unable to retrieve it. It was perhaps lost into the bedsheets and taken..Not an expensive item but valuable to my heart. We searched everywhere and knew it was gone. I asked the front desk ladies who were very kind and did their best but never received any answer of where it could be. I would give my experience excellent if it weren't for this absolutely saddening event to occur.

• Negative: bo Booked three rooms for 4 nights for family celebration,paid in full on arrival. Tried to gain access to the rooms after breakfast on the first morning to find they had been all blocked keys not working. This was very embarrassing as we had paid in full. We were given one pass key to go and get the receipt of payment to show we had paid. the family {5 adults and 2 children } had to wait in reception while it was sorted out. this was not the start of the holiday we expected. We were made to feel very uncomfortable while we waited. this was not what we expected from a 4 star hotel. We await your comments on our experience.

• Positive: Everything was clean.
• Negative: We have a dog (2kg) and must pay 15eur per day for nothing. It is not allowed to be with the dog on the top of building, and also not in the restaurant. Even in the bag. This was not good. The doors are very loud when you close it.
