• Common facilities and services: 10 Das Hotel bietet einen Parkservice und das Personal ist gerne beim Tragen des Gepäcks behilflich. Im Hotel gibt es ein SPA, ein kleines Schwimmbad und einen wunderschönen, gepflegten Innenhof/Garten zum Frühstücken, Verweilen, usw..
• Staff: 10 Top geschult, zuvorkommend, souverän und äußerst angenehm.
• Quietness: 10 Absolute Ruhe...wir wurden durch nichts gestört.
• Room: 7.5 Die Suite im 4. (obersten) Stock ist es wirklich wert, gebucht zu werden.
• Value for money: 10 Preis/Leistung: Unsere Erwartungen wurden mehr als erfüllt.

• Negative: Breakfast was not good value. Would recommend not to have breakfast. Rooms too hot - had to sleep with windows open but then very noisy. Spoke to reception staff twice who said it would be looked into but nothing was done. Paid extra for hotel with a spa - spa wasn’t open when it was supposed to be.
