• Negative: Se ve que tiene unos años y unas cuantas sesiones de mantenimiento le daría un poco más de categoría. Por otro lado la temperatura de la habitación no era óptima y tras consultar en recepción es que tienen aire y calor centralizado, con lo cual nos fastidiamos, y eso es un defecto enorme e imperdonable. Hubo más detalles, como desconectar las luces del pasillo de día, lo cual está bien pero no donde estaba mi habitación, una esquina oscura donde necesitaba la luz del móvil para insertar correctamente la tarjetade la habitación. Hay más detalles, pero con lo expuesto me parece suficiente.

• Common facilities and services: 2.5 Inexistente control de la temperatura ni posibilidad de personalizar. Se observa dejadez en ciertos aspectos, pintura de paredes, cesta metálica de la ducha oxidada, secador con difusor roto y lleno de polvo de no usarlo, mampara de ducha descolgada, tira opaca de mampara despegada, luces del pasillo desconectadas de día en zonas oscuras, etc.
• Staff: 5 Si uno se queja de la temperatura en recepción y no hay respuesta posterior no es un buen servicio. Aunque sean rápidos en salir de su habitación numca estuve en un hotel en el que tanto al entrar como al salir nunca veía a nadie en el puesto de recepción, puede parecer que soy un antiguo pero no da muy buena imagen
• Quietness: 5 Los motores del aire suenan mucho, la habitación colindante lo tuvo encendido toda la noche y era muy molesto

• Value for money: 2.5 Mal. Y es malo porque precisamente se paga por una supuesta buena habitación para no tener que exponer todas estas quejas que he reflejado.
