• Location: 7.5 This is the only area the business falls down. Staff were wonderful and did their very best with a run down hotel. Major two issues were airconditioning - why not just make a habit of switching or vents in rooms not being used, as this is centralised aircon. And internet - some rooms it worked, others it did not. Again, simple remedy.

• Cleanliness: 7.5 Tanto la habitación, como sábanas y toallas estaban perfectamente limpios.
• Location: 7.5 Está muy próximo a Gran Vía, Sol, Congreso de los Diputados, Castellana, Museo del Prado, museo Thysen...
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 No cuenta con Restaurante propio, pero hay varios muy cerca.
• Staff: 10 Son siempre muy amables y de trato familiar.
• Quietness: 7.5 Aunque la zona es bulliciosa, hay bastante tranquilidad en los alrededores del hotel y en el propio establecimiento.
• Room: 7.5 Tanto el estado de la habitación, como el equipamiento es correcto.
• Value for money: 10 Yo me alojo en este hotel siempre que vengo a Madrid. Me parece el más adecuado calidad-precio.
