• Cleanliness: 10 The clearn the room at least once a day. Provide new towels and so on.
• Location: 10 The location is perfect if you want to se Madrid by foot.

• Staff: 7.5 They were very nice but we had some smaller problems with the language. We do not speak Spanish but we managed with a common understanding of basic English.
• Quietness: 10 The room was really quite despite of the fact that there was a couple of bars just next to the hotel.
• Room: 7.5 The beeds was a bit to soft for my taste. But overall the room was really nice. The mini bar was empty.
• Value for money: 10 Overall it was a great experience to stay at the hotel.
