• Location: Not rated A very bad neighbourhood, a long hot walk from the Rambla (especially in july with the crowds), people offered us cocaine in the park. (sitting on the Rambla del Raval, outside the hotel) Smelly streets, not nice at all. I would now book a hotel in eixample, away from all the tourists and the crowds.

• Staff: 5 Did what they were supposed to do, but nothing more than that.

• Positive: The friendly staff, the clean room and also the central area where the hotel is situated.
• Negative: We did not have our breakfast at your hotel as the price was too high. Sorry for that. But as there are a lot of small places in the area, we had our outside the hotel instead.

• Cleanliness: 10 The hotel was very clean from the entrance to the toilets. All very good taken care of. New towels every day which we think was not needed. Top class!
